Stacy Gonzalez has been a REALTOR® for over 20 years — but her real estate story started before she ever got her license. As a first-time buyer and seller herself, she experienced firsthand what it felt like to need guidance and not always get it. That experience shaped exactly the kind of agent she was determined to become.
She began her career as a real estate assistant in a top-level office where there was no room for errors. That foundation of meticulous attention to detail never left her. For two decades Stacy served buyers and sellers across Midland, Odessa, and the wider Permian Basin — earning recognition as a bronze, silver, and gold top producer, receiving the President's Award from the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® in 2013, and serving on committees with both the Permian Basin Board and the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
In 2024, Stacy founded Stacy Gonzalez Realty Group — a boutique real estate company built around one principle: every client deserves to feel like family. What started as a plan for the future became something even better — a true family business, with Frank, Xen, and Rosale all part of the team.
Stacy is also a WERC® Certified Relocation Professional with over 15 years guiding corporate transfers, executive relocations, and energy sector moves across the Permian Basin — one of only a small number of agents in the region with this designation.

Before getting into real estate, Stacy was a home buyer and seller herself — navigating transactions and needing guidance. That experience gave her something most agents don't have: a genuine understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of the table.
Her down-to-earth approach makes her a natural fit for families because she can genuinely relate to each experience. She doesn't just understand the process — she understands the emotion behind it. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a family will make, and Stacy takes that responsibility seriously.
Communication has always been the foundation of how she works. Stacy takes as much time as needed to answer questions thoroughly and honestly. A buyer never finishes a day without every question answered and every concern addressed.
Stacy and Frank have been married since 2002 and have four wonderful children who are their world. The same family values that define their personal life define how SGR Group operates — with care, honesty, and genuine investment in the people they serve.
Beyond real estate, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golfing. She is a true West Texas local — and that deep connection to the community is woven into everything SGR Group does.

Frank spent 23 years in Midland and Odessa's oil and gas industry before joining Stacy to make SGR Group a true family business. Married to Stacy for 24 years, he brings straight-talking local knowledge and a handshake you can count on.
Born and raised in Midland with a degree in Business Management, Xen keeps SGR Group running with precision and heart. As the next generation of the family business, she brings fresh energy and hometown expertise to every client.
With 7 years in real estate and a warmth that puts every client instantly at ease, Rosale has been part of the SGR family from the start. Whether it's your family or hers — she makes sure you feel right at home.
