Stacy Gonzalez has been a REALTOR® for over 20 years — but her real estate story started before she ever got her license. As a first-time buyer and seller herself, she experienced firsthand what it felt like to need guidance and not always get it. That experience shaped exactly the kind of agent she was determined to become.
She began her career as a real estate assistant in a top-level office where there was no room for errors. That foundation of meticulous attention to detail never left her. For two decades she served buyers and sellers across Midland, Odessa, and the wider Permian Basin — earning recognition as a bronze, silver, and gold top producer, and receiving the President's Award from the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® in 2013.
She has served on committees with both the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® and the Texas Association of REALTORS® — and remains a committed advocate for homeowner rights across West Texas.

In 2024, Stacy founded Stacy Gonzalez Realty Group — a boutique real estate company built around the belief that every client deserves personalized, family-level care. What started as a plan for the future became something even better: a true family business, with Frank, Xen, and Rosale all part of the team.
Beyond real estate, Stacy is married to Frank — her partner in business and in life since 2002. Together they have four children who are their world. She enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with family.
Permian Basin's Relocation Specialist
Stacy is a WERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) — one of only a small number of agents in the Permian Basin area to hold this designation. She has over 15 years of experience guiding corporate transfers, executive relocations, and energy sector moves into and out of Midland and Odessa.
Her relocation services are built around one goal: making the transition as smooth and informed as possible. She understands that relocating isn't just about finding a house — it's about helping a family land in the right neighborhood, verify the right school zone, and feel confident in a city they may never have visited before.
Whether you're moving from Houston, Denver, or across the country, Stacy knows how to coordinate the timeline, the logistics, and the local knowledge that makes a relocation feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

In September 2025, Stacy completed the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification through the National Association of REALTORS® — specialized training designed to help agents better serve veterans, retiring service members, and their families.
For Stacy, pursuing the MRP was personal. Many of her clients are veterans buying their first home after transitioning out of service — and she wanted to make sure she could guide them through the full picture: VA loan eligibility, the financing process, relocation logistics, and finding the right neighborhood in a market they may be encountering for the first time.
